1. Nature of Service

EasySub is a digital online system providing transcription services, caption creation, media file processing, AI-powered text enhancement, and related content editing tools. The services are based on third-party technologies, AI engines, automatic algorithms, and cloud systems. The Company may update, modify, add, or remove features, content, or services at any time at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

Use of the Website is intended for persons aged 18 and above. Users under 18 require parental/guardian approval. The user declares that they have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Creation and System Usage

The user is responsible for maintaining their login credentials. Accounts may not be shared with third parties without explicit Company approval. The Company may restrict usage, block users, or suspend accounts in cases of excessive, offensive, or terms-violating use.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Purchases on the Website are processed through secure payment processing. Prices include VAT as required by law. Subscriptions may be monthly/yearly/minute packages. The Company may update prices from time to time. Purchasing a product on the Website or through an EasySub sales agent constitutes a declaration by the customer that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between the customer and EasySub. For recurring subscriptions, charges will be made automatically until the user initiates cancellation.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, consumers have the right to cancel remote transactions within 14 days of the transaction date. However, since the services provided on the Website are digital services delivered immediately, and particularly when access to the system has been granted and/or actual use has occurred, including file uploads, content processing, or minute usage, cancellation or refund, in whole or in part, will not be permitted after use begins. 6. Limitations of Liability

Use of the system is at the user's sole responsibility. The Company does not guarantee that: the service will be continuous and error-free; transcription will be 100% accurate; there will be no syntax, punctuation, or speech recognition errors; AI results will match user expectations. The system is based on artificial intelligence and automatic technologies that are inherently not absolutely accurate, and their results may vary depending on input data, audio quality, language, accent, background noise, and more. EasySub will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other damage arising from use of the system or reliance on its results. The user is responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publication or external use.

7. User Content and File Uploads

The user declares that they have full rights to the files they upload. Content that infringes copyrights, is offensive, illegal, or inciting may not be uploaded. The Company may remove content that violates these terms. Legal responsibility for uploaded content lies solely with the user.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Website and System, including code, design, algorithms, text, EasySub logo, content, databases, and developments, are the exclusive property of the Company. Copying, duplicating, distributing, reverse engineering, or any commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

9. Availability and Disruptions

The Company does not guarantee continuous service availability. There may be: maintenance work, system updates, server failures, third-party failures (cloud providers, APIs, AI engines). The Company will not be liable for data loss due to technical failures beyond its control.

In cases beyond the Company's control and/or resulting from force majeure, the Company will not be liable for any damage of any kind, direct or indirect, caused to the customer if this information is lost and/or used without authorization. The Company undertakes not to use information provided by customers except to enable purchases on the Website and in accordance with applicable law. There is consent for the Company or its representatives to use this personal information to provide product information and additional information via email or otherwise about Company products, services, and resources. Additionally, this personal information may be used for market research purposes. If the customer wishes to remove their personal details from the business mailing list at any time, they may do so by sending an email to easysubai@gmail.com. By registering on the Website or purchasing services, the customer approves the form and its terms.
