4. Audio and Video Processing
When you upload audio or video for transcription, we process it using AI services to generate text. Your media files are temporarily stored during processing and automatically deleted after transcription is complete. We do not retain copies of your media files.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: service providers who assist in operating the Service (cloud hosting, payment processing, AI transcription); legal authorities when required by law; and business successors in case of merger or acquisition, with notice to users.
